Village Health Project (VHP) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Madison, WI that partners with the village of Lweza, in Uganda. The organization was founded in 2006 and since that time has implemented many projects aimed at improving health and livelihood of residents of Lweza. VHP is a community development nonprofit that connects projects of agriculture, clean water, nutrition, sanitation, and microfinance into an orderly approach to improve the health of the community of Lweza.
